Abstract Happiness is the primary human goal, so a more inclusive, fair, and balanced approach required to promote sustainable economy, poverty alleviation, happiness well-being of all people (SDGs Pyramid Happiness, United Nations 2012). The Human Development Index (HDI) one indicator that can be used as benchmark for development supports implementation SDGs.
